The EDSO TD for Ice Hockey Jaroslav Milich and Czech Deaf Sports Federation Organizing Committee of 2020 European Deaf Ice Hockey Championships have come to the final decision concerning the host of the EDSO Ice Hockey EC from 25 October to 1 November 2020.

EDSO TD for Ice Hockey Jaroslav Milich and Czech Deaf Sports Federation Organizing Committee informed us that they had received confirmations of participation from only three countries, which is not enough to hold the championship according to the EDSO rules. In times of Corona they will not be able to guarantee a secure situation. Therefore, this championship is finally canceled.

The Organizing Committee wishes to inform EDSO and its members that it is withdrawing from hosting the event and will not postpone it to another date.
